POLYHYMNIA INTERNATIONAL
Polyhymnia International provides state-of-the-art location recording, postproduction, mastering, and multimedia services for our customers around the world. Our expert staff and vast collection of high-end equipment enable us to provide a wide variety of customized services to meet the needs of any project. Polyhymnia International specializes in recording and post-production for Super Audio CD and DVD-Audio, both in stereo and surround. Many of our recordings are used as demonstration and/or reference material for these formats.

Location
Polyhymnia International is located in Baarn, the Netherlands, close to Hilversum and 40 minutes by train or car from Schiphol airport and Amsterdam. Our facility includes three state-of-the-art studios specifically designed for post-production and mastering. Our location recording services are available worldwide.

Our history
Polyhymnia International was formerly the Philips Classics Recording Centre. The Philips Classics Recording Centre was founded in 1950, and moved to Baarn in 1973. The Recording Centre was founded to provide top quality recording services for the world-class artists of Philips Classics. Polyhymnia International was founded as an independent recording company in 1998 to continue this tradition of excellence.
