Polyhymnia was in Pittsburgh (US) in May for the first of two recording periods, recording Brahms Symphonies with the Pittsburgh Symphony, conducted by Marek Janowski, for the PentaTone label. , Polyhymnia will return to Pittsburgh in October 2007, and the resulting recording sessions will result in three SA-CD releases of Brahm's orchestra works, to be released in 2007 and 2008.
